Sailing on a schooner is a unique experience for many, and we want to help you be as well-prepared as possible.

Rental prices for HALMØ start at DKK 18,900 for a 3-hour sailing trip for up to 27 guests. Prices are excluding VAT and catering. The rental fee must be paid in advance of your event. Beverages, additional catering, and any extras will be invoiced after the sailing. Please note that all sailings are subject to an invoicing fee, covering preparation, mooring, and an environmental surcharge.
Yes, renting the ship with overnight accommodation is absolutely possible. Please contact us to make arrangements and learn more about the options.
Unfortunately, bringing your own food and/or beverages are not allowed. We are happy to provide beer, wine, sparkling wine, and water for your event, along with menus and delicious dishes from Admiral Hotel. If you have any special requests, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Yes, we have a draft beer system onboard as well as a selection of wines. See our drinks selection here.
HALMØ can accommodate up to 42 guests.
Guests are welcome to board 5 minutes before departure.
Absolutely. You’re more than welcome to visit and get a tour of the ship before your event. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
Yes, HALMØ has sleeping berths for up to 10 overnight guests and you will find two toilets on board. Feel free to reach out if you’d like more information.
Yes, HALMØ is equipped with a sound system. You’re also welcome to bring your own musicians if desired.
We generally sail in all types of weather. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us before your trip. It can get chilly at sea, so we recommend bringing an extra sweater — we also have blankets available onboard. We don’t recommend taking seasickness pills unless you’re particularly sensitive to motion sickness.
We recommend practical clothing and always suggest bringing an extra layer. The only type of footwear not allowed onboard is stilettos (regular heels are fine).
There are plenty of activities onboard, including swimming (weather permitting), hoisting sails, steering and maneuvering the ship, and more. We’ll tailor the day to your preferences. Contact us for more details.
Yes, you’re welcome to take the helm during the trip — just coordinate with the captain.
The captain will plan the route on the day based on wind and weather conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you have specific route preferences, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
